Are you looking for more keywords to target? Why not go after keywords that you’re already received both traffic and revenue from? Here is how you can go into Google Analytics and find which keywords have brought both traffic and revenue. (Note: Analytics and Adsense need to be properly linked in order to do this.)
- Change the date to what you want (6-12 months is good).
- Click “traffic sources” in the left hand column.
- Click “keywords” in the left hand column.
- Click the “Adsense Revenue” tab about the table.
- Click “Advanced filter” below the table.
- Click the greenish “Keyword” dropdown.
- Choose “Adsense page impressions” option,
- Then choose “Greater than or equal to” “2″.
- Click “Add new condition” then choose “Adsense revenue”
- Then choose “greater than or equal to” ”0.01″ (or whatever $ minimum you want to look at.)
This filtered table will show you keywords that have received more than just 1 impression in the time frame you choose, that have earned at least $0.01.
Enjoy.
